On October 18, 2017, Mr Wu came to our company for repeat audit of ISO9001:2015 version, the audit found some minor nonconformities and part of oral improvement projects, including minor nonconformities involves management course, quality management, storage and production departments. Judging from this year's internal audit and external review, most of the departments are familiar with the system of ISO9001:2015, which can be controlled by procedures and in continuous progress. It can meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 system and achieve certain results. But at the same time, there is a new version of ISO9001: the 2015 system is not deep enough to know what the new growth needs to be. There are some departments that frequently lead to new employees' knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 system because of the change of people. In particular, there is not enough attention to quality records, there is process control, but the quality records are not standardized, the records are incomplete, the records are randomly altered and so on. These problems are worthy of our high attention. We should strengthen our study and continue to train new and old employees, so as to change the bad work habits.
